The foundation everything else runs on.
Databricks and Unity Catalog. Medallion architectures. Ingestion from the systems that run a business — SAP, plant MES, CRM, ad platforms. Terraform, OIDC and CI/CD, so the platform is reproducible.

Measured against the method it replaces.
We establish the baseline first, then build against it. For Capral we replicated the existing rule-based estimate across historical orders before training anything, so the comparison held.

So the business can ask its own questions.
Connecting activity to outcome across dozens of systems, then modelling it so someone who does not write SQL can ask a question in English and get a reliable answer.

Software we design, build and run.
Multi-tenant platforms, conversational interfaces, agentic workflows. We built ANAMA and we operate it, which keeps us close to the cost of the decisions we recommend.

Capral · ASX:CAA
SAP ECC order data joined to plant MES telemetry on Databricks, with features engineered under point-in-time discipline and results measured against the rule-based method it replaced.
Dexus · ASX:DXS
Three legacy design references held 343 component-level tracking requirements. We consolidated them into 44 business measures across 26 properties, then built a semantic layer that lets marketing teams query it in plain English.

A 7:00am market summary that was assembled by hand each morning, rebuilt as a Databricks pipeline. An analyst reviews and approves every draft before it sends.
ANAMA · Our own platform
A marketing intelligence platform we designed, built and operate. We carry its on-call and its migrations, which is the closest thing to a reference we can offer.

Our deliverables are repositories, pipelines, models and running software. We write a document when a document is the clearest way to explain something.
The people who scope your engagement are the people who write the code. Our CTO is completing a PhD in statistics. Our Head of AI holds two AI patents.
We work inside your platform and your repositories, using patterns your team can extend. Capral’s SAP extraction pattern was designed for reuse across their wider Databricks programme.
Every phase is gated, and the first one is free. Before a build starts we agree the evaluation dataset, the baseline calculation and the success threshold in writing.
